The Omicron Educational Foundation (OEF) and the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life awarded a scholarship for the Struthers Family Phi Kappa Tau Resident Scholarship at Penn State. This scholarship is awarded to an active Phi Kappa Tau brother in the Fall. This year’s winner is Peter Varghese. The OEF wishes to congratulate him on this accomplishments. This scholarship was created by Brother Richard Struthers (’77) for active members of the Omicron chapter of the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity. The OEF appreciates Brother Struthers efforts on behalf of the fraternity.
The mission of the Omicron Educational Foundation is to enhance and strengthen the education of individuals with the Omicron Chapter of the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity at the Pennsylvania State University by promoting and providing funds to help with innovative and responsible educational and leadership development activities that cannot be funded through traditional avenues.
